[ Bakugou is, for the record, not actually helping Uraraka train. He's not about that kind of thing. He does, though, often find himself coincidentally nearby when Urarakai is training, and sometimes he can't help himself from shouting out what could perhaps be construed as advice every now and again, about effective fighting stances and techniques. It's because he has a short temper and can't stand to see half-assed techniques in his general vicinity, though!! And not because he has an interest or anything!! And every once in a while, he even permits a practice fight, because he could occasionally use the practice as well — but for the record, he is definitely not helping her train. That's so... considerate.

Not that any of their classmates are stupid enough to try and press him on the point too much. They've just accepted that most every Monday and Thursday after school, Bakugou can usually be found on the practice fields in his gym clothes yelling angry if effective critiques as Uraraka practices using her quirk and moved on with their high school lives.

This particular Thursday, though, the unexpected happens: a sudden and persistent drizzle begins pouring down upon them. Perhaps it's from somebody going too crazy with their quirk, because the weather had predicted a sunny and clear day, but it's late enough in the afternoon that the school's already been locked up for the day, so taking shelter indoors is sadly not an option.

Between making a run for the nearest bus stop and hoping for the best or waiting it out, the rain's hard enough that waiting it out is probably for the best, which is how the two of them find themselves standing under a ledge. It's quiet. It's kind of awkward, in fact, because Bakugou has a lot to say about the art of beating stuff up and significantly less to say about most other things.

The ledge isn't wide enough that it covers them completely, though, and a few stray drops occasionally splash onto them. After a few moments of the main source of noise being that of noise, Bakugou pulls out his school blazer from his school bag and... tosses it over Uraraka's head without a word. ]
